Custom orders are returnable for refund within 30 days of delivery, however a 20% re-stocking fee plus initial shipping cost is deducted from the refund.

Stock items are returnable for refund within Three months from date of purchase, with shipping prepaid by the customer, without penalty.

A 20% re-stocking fee is charged for stock items returned with request for refund between three and six months from date of purchase, 40% restocking fee between six to 12 months from date of purchase, and 60% restocking fee for items returned with request for refund after a year from date of purchase.

Exchanges for products of equal value are made without penalty, however there may be a difference between the value of the original product and the replacement resulting in refund or an additional payment.
