Customization orders are returnable within 30 days, however a 20% re-stocking fee and initial shipping cost is deducted from the refund.

Stock items are returnable for refund within three months without penalty. A 20% re-stocking fee is deducted from items returned after six months, 40% between six to twelve months, and 60% after a year.

Exchanges have no penalty, however if an item is offered for exchange for one with a higher or lower value, there may be an additional charge or a refund.
